We understand that some pets need grooming urgently due to severe matting, health concerns, or behavioral challenges that make waiting unsafe or uncomfortable.

Our Emergency Service Grooming is offered on a limited, case-by-case basis for pets who cannot safely wait for standard availability. If booked, an automatic emergency access fee of $50-$70 will apply in addition to the base grooming price and any applicable dematting or behavioral handling fees.

Emergency appointments are scheduled based on severity, availability, and staff capacity. Submission of this form does not guarantee immediate placement.
